I'd use a like button, I do on other forums.

That look on your face, when you shift into 6th gear, but it's not there.
I tell yall what I like more than a like button, the use of @ symbol to call someone into a thread. So if I said, @Bazoo, it would alert me that they are talking about me. It allows members to call someone in on a subject they might otherwise miss and allows you to say thanks to a bunch of people at once by tagging them.
The like button is okay, and I use it... It is less personal though, and being old fashioned, I do comment if people have something worthwhile to show or say.

Not long ago (maybe years ago) there was another thread about a like button and I said the same thing we do have a thread rating I gave yours 5 gold stars ! But I do not see them tallied up like in the past ? Just above the first post on the right side is a rate this thread option just click on it !
When I think back on all the **** I learned in high school it's a wonder I can think at all ! And then my lack of education hasn't hurt me none I can read the writing on the wall.
It would be handy as a pocket on a shirt, but I do not see it ever happening.

Like button or not, this is still my favorite gun site on the web.
possibly, once you have a like button then you might wonder who is the grand champion of likes and before you know it there might be an element of posts just to get all those likes and admiration. but what do I know? if I knew how to put together one of these vbulletin web sites I would probably have my own forum about growing stuff or something mechanical or something.
The new software will have a like button once its implemented.
