    New Year's Resolutions

    What's yours?

I plan to make more mistakes than I ever have in the coming year.

Once your finished laughing, allow me to explain.

I will be pushing my limits further than I ever have before, and failures will happen. I'll be pushing hard and far. So I'll have more failures than ever.

And that's EXACTLY what I want.

What have you learned from success?

What have you learned from failure?

Second thing is, I'm going to spend 20 minutes a day, every day, focusing on one particular skill.

Happy New Year to all of you.

You have admirable goals. Two thumbs up. For 2024 I'm going to focus on losing the extra weight I've gained in the last few months. Louisiana food makes that a tough task.

The only New Year's Resolution I ever kept was made many years ago, "I will not make New Years Resolutions".

To make sure I dip my fishing line in the water at least one time. Start small work my way up. Isn't it interesting how there is always something more important to be done and we put off the enjoyable in the name of the right thing to do. Well my sole is telling me the enjoyable is the right thing to do now before its to late.

I wish you all the best of luck with the resolutions and happy new year.

I'm just making a general push to improve my life.

I quit making them years ago. Ditched most of the vices years ago as well.
20 lbs. I'm going to lose 20 lbs. 40 would be better, but I'm realistic.

If my 65 year old brain can manage it, I want to learn Spanish.
I’ve got Texican down -according to my Mexican friends -but conversational Spanish is a challenge.
It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a long time- might as well get it done.

I've thought the same myself but so far I haven't made the time commitment.
