Shooting the CVA single shot 45-70

I loaded up some 540 grain RN plain base bullets and sent them over the chronograph..... 1520 fps., not bad for a big chunk of lead.
It shoots very accurately with both the 540 plain base and the 440 gas checked bullets.
Biggest squirrely gun I ever shot.

IMR 3031, I usually use IMR 4198, but the dirty 31 seems to work very well in the 45-70.

12,0 grs Unique with a cuperplated 350 grs Boolit shoots verry well in my Bergara;
