    What do I have here?

Had some alloy scanned, came out
    Pb 64.36
    Sn 34.52
    Sb 0.51
    Sl 0.44
    Cu 0.16

I already figured out it's high in lead andtin. Where could have been used? The 2nd part of my question is how can I use it. I have about 8-9 lbs of it. What little research I've done seems to indicate that this is basically solder.

It sounds like 63/37 Solder. It would work really good for adding a small % of tin to an alloy, like wheelweights.

I don't do all the scientific hardness testing, but as said, I'd use it as an additive to pure Lead until
you got a good fill out for pistol boolits. I'd look up a alloy chart and see what to add with it for rifles boolits.

It was probably originally as 60/40 solder in one shape or another.
Depending on who blended it, they probably had a little 'plus or minus' going on.

It's pretty close to 2 parts lead to 1 part pewter.
