Red Dot sight on S&W Model 39

I've got 2 years to go 'till I turn 90 and my eyes just aint what they used to be.

My go-to handgun is a S&W Model 39.

I would like to mount a Crimson Trace CTS-1550 Red Dot sight on the but am having trouble finding the right adapter.

Has anyone had any experience with this setup?

I mounted Vortex Defender CCW red dots on my S&W 645 and S&W 457. I could not find any mount adaptors for the metal frame S&W pistols so I made them. I sacrificed the included Weaver mount to get the proper footprint. They work pretty good with old eyes. I carry the 457 on a daily basis. So far they have held up well.
