JM Marlin 1894 in 44 Special

    Pre safety beautiful JM 1894.
Upgraded stock and metal butt plate.
Barrel cut back and rechambered for 44 Special. The gunsmith had sanded off the “Magnum” from the barrel and never finished the project by stamping “Special”
It will feed 44 Russian if you have a longer bullet like the 44-250K

$1100 OBO plus shipping from my FFL to your FFL

Would trade for an excellent condition JM 1894 in 45 Colt or an excellent condition 1873 Winchester clone in 45 Colt.

    Lyman sight not included!

This gun is a really beautify with a great trigger. I’m just trying to narrow down my cartridges. Having recently sold off my 629 I guess it’s time to get rid of my only other 44.

Are original open sights "going with" the gun?

Yes, the original Buckhorn site is included with the gun.
