    just found wheel weights

I was rearranging the contents of an old truck body ive had for a decade and found two buckets full of clip on wheel weights and half a trash can of those lead roof flashings that go over vent pipes and a bag with at least a half dozen rolls of lead free solder. stuff I forgot I had. the buckets are too heavy to lift. I guess ive got a good problem.

A 3 pound coffee can full of lead wheel weights is just about enough for me to pick up and carry for very far.

Found 10 5lb. coffee cans of clip on weights. Was told they have been sitting around for many years. Don't have a weight yet, but it's got to be - maybe 75lbs give or take. Didn't cost me a dime.

Not wheel weights but yesterday digging around I found 10K LRP and an AR I had forgotten about. Worst part of all is I was feeling pretty proud a couple of weeks ago finding/buying 3K of LRP cause I thought I was almost out and they were the first I'd seen in a couple of years... Getting old can be expensive, at least the wife doesn't know

It is easy to lose track when your collecting goods! I just found 1000 SR Primers while cleaning the shop up+ a box of lino I had no clue I had.

Let me join in the fun:

Went into a part of the shed I keep some ammo cans in to retrieve a can to use and saw a black plastic 8lb jug that powder came in. Turning it over, I found it was an 8lb sealed jug of 2400. That made my day...I use 2400 in a lot of cast bullet reloading.

I guessing the best part is you didn't have to pay for them this time?

After reading these posts I went out and searched around the shop. Then I looked through the garage. After that I went out and searched around the backyard. Finally I looked under the reloading bench. I didn't find any wheel weights. You lucky sons of .......!

My components are all locked up in ammo cans. I never lose anything that valuable especially without know ing it.lol
It’s the law here, protecting those little kiddies from getting in trouble. Nothing laying around. Ammo sometimes.

I dug deep out in the shop. Only wheel weights I found are on my old tractor. They are made of cast iron, and weigh about 150 pounds each.
