"would h110 also be good for this application?"

I'm not sure. Even in magnum handgun cartridges where there's better load density H110 needs magnum primers for good ignition. It's not just about the burning rate, it's also about surface coatings and additives. I'd be reluctant to use reduced charges of H110 in rifle capacity cases because I don't think it would develop enough pressure for proper burning, and would probably have a lot of shot to shot velocity deviation.

2400 has been available around here since late summer before that none existent.
I've added 4 lbs to the stash, they were $46.99 before tax.
Red dot was the same then all of a sudden there it was, and yes I added a few of those.
They were $49.99 + tax, but when I threw cash on the counter the owner said that was good.

4100 is about $31 to $32 a pound (plus tax & hazmat). 2400 and Red Dot were scarce during the shortage, but 4100 wasn't. I still have some 2400, and I picked up some Red Dot a few months ago when it came back. I'm not saying that 4100 is for everyone; if you're getting good results with 2400 then keep using it. I just decided to try something new to see if it would work. So far it has, but there's not a lot of cast rifle data for 4100. I bet it would work pretty good in 7.62x39 - I'm going to try that next.
