Need info on a Pioneer handloader

I have a Pioneer 16 gauge handloader similar to the Lee Loaders. All I have been able to find out that it was located in NY but I can find nothing about a company so named in NY that produces anything but farm equipment, an Amish Company. No website. Any info would be appreciated. I will try to put up a photo or two a little later. james

Thank you very much j4570 for the information. I may try to find a July 1958 issue of the American Rifleman. james
