If anyone has experience to relate on black powder loads for 8x57, it's been a long time so please, be my guests.

Fouling control will be difficult. For any accuracy with a 32 40 I have to wipe between shots, use a blow tube or duplex loads. The capacity of a 8X57 will compound all of these fouling issues.
I'd have to try something like this but with 8mm.
I shot bp in an 8x60 kropatschek. It is a bottle necked case, but a bigger bullet and neck- no problem. Even shot 323 bullets in it awhile. It had data though. 70-75 grains 2fg. Don’t compress beyond neck in that. Blew a couple shoulders off from doing that.
Maybe it was t-7 compressed too much. Fun and accurate to 50 feet. Yours though….. they say it will work. I try new stuff. Strong enough action.
