As previously mentioned, shooting a 30-06 in a .410 should do it. Furthermore, it would take a .410 with a 2 1/2" chamber to put the shoulder where it is, which probably means it was an older gun. Pressures should have been relatively low, since the .308 bullet was being tossed down a .410 bore, but it's not an experiment I'd like to do.
Remember: Ammo will get you through times of no money better than money will get you through times of no ammo.
