    WTS - NIB Winchester XPR 350 Legend with scope

    well, got lucky at a gun banquet but still need money for lawyers and can't get into another caliber. New in the box, never fired Winchester XPR in 350 legend with scope etc. see the photos below. Would like$650 but am open to offers. Cost does not include shipping, if you want to pay by CC I'm not covering the fee can make that work though my FFL, MO are great, personal checks are less preferred, gun will sit till check clears.     some cover that came with the gun on the butt stock, i just opened it and took a photo as is, pretty sure the scope is a Vortex Crossfire II 3-9x40 with BDC reticle scope, per several websites, didn't want to look at it too much and think i could keep it.....
