The one i had the hammer alway got in the way and you had to get at the nipple at an angle. This new one i made you can see its a strait shot over the nipple and the hammer isn't in the way. What you guys think?

That is a cool looking wrench.
I was making my own over the years.
But now I have a friend that sells long ones similar to your style.
So he sent me a handful of them.
That is a nice looking Renegade.
    What caliber is it ?
One thing that I made on my nipple wrenches was a nipple pick.
I made it where it threads into the top of the wrench or one of the handles.
That way , you have instant access to cleaning out a nipple if you have to.
Or the wrench has a use for cleaning out a flintlock flash hole.

Its not perfect but seems to work, I tried it out and now can take the nipple out easier and the hammer isn't in the way. Trying to figure out what to make next. Im off work for a couple weeks but the weather is calling for rain, a lot of rain for a while.
