I picked up a Howa 1500 Short Action 308 as a barrel action and I am in need of a stock. Not super picky but would like to get one to test out the rifle before I spend more money on a Stocky's carbon fiber setup for it. This action is a heavy barrel so that would be ideal if you stock is already setup for a heavy barrel bit I can open it up from a sporter channel if need be.

Surely someone has a short action takeoff for a Howa, Wby Vanguard or S&W 1500? I am open to wood or synthetic. Also open to quakity carbon fiber or fiberglass stock.
