    Benelli B.E.S.T. Lupo Rifle

First I saw of this. Read a review and I gotta say it’s one pretty rifle IMO.

I would own one, it is a nice looking rifle and offered in very useable cartridges.

The gloss metal finish adds to the look but good luck finding a scope to match. Review I read said the steel action is mounted in an aluminum frame, supposed to rigidly join the two piece stock. I like the style, it looks like it came from Benelli. The wood has some pretty nice grain too. For a couple grand I’d expect the checkering to be a little better. But then I’m comparing it to fine rifles of fifty years ago.

It's hard nowadays to find polished bluing on anything. When I got my Henry a couple weeks ago, I was trying to find a new M70 in 270 at BassPro due to the fine polish on the other caliber M70s. No 270 in sight, so took home the Henry. That Benelli is beautiful.

A bit too modern for me; a bit too Gucci.
But hey, difference makes life interesting!

Theh trigger guard alone would keep me away from it, never mind the cost or composite (steel-aluminum) receiver assembly.
Spell check doesn't work in Chrome, so if something is spelled wrong, it's just a typo that I missed.
