This came with a RCBS Big Max A4 press I bought. Has a standard press thread. Assuming converts to arbor press? What is it and what is it used for? Who Made it?

It appears to be an anvil for converting to an arbor type press.
A vote for anyone other then the conservative candidates is a vote for the liberal candidates.
Especially when your sizing and seating the big cartridges using LE Wilson hand dies.
