    It's bar solder.
    The Fry company is still in business selling all different kinds of it.

    Just a guess, but it's probably a one pound bar of 50/50.
    In the old days, that's what body shops used until 'Bondo' came along.
    Hence the term for a car that had been worked on a lot, it was called 'A Lead sled'.

    Heck, if you have a similar bar of 50/50, put a ball bearing between the two samples and squeeze in a vise. Same diameter impression, same hardness....
