    WRA spl tool

    OK - so over the weekend I was depriming about 1,000 pcs. of .38 spl. brass on my Lee APP. There were numerous stoppages centered around a case not entering the shellholder. I quickly noticed something. Every case that jammed up the works had the headstamp "WRA SPL TOOL". There were 25 or so in the batch of 1,000 +/- pcs.

    Does anyone know anything about these. I've never seen that h/s before.

    Prior discussions have identified these cases as having been used in a heavy duty powder actuated driving tool.
