I bought a box of "gun stuff" at an estate sale. In with a Ruger 10-22 stock was a plastic insert that looks like a bedding block of some kind. It is labeled RT-10. Anyone have any idea from the attached pictures what it fits & what it's for?

My guess is a part from the Butler Creek accessory stock(s) that were sold for the Ruger 10-22.
The folding stock/fiberglas type. One was their RT10 model. I think they sold another as well(?) maybe a conventional style stock.
That's about all I know about them.
Maybe a Ramline forend insert for weight addition(birdshot)???
I got no idea.
