Old Tube of Lube

Kinda random but found this old tube of muzzleloader pistol lube at the flea market this morning. Never heard of it but thought the tube was kinda cool. He had 20 tubes of it or so and none of them was open. I just bought one for display. Anyone ever remember using any of this?

I used that and others like it to apply a layer of lube over a RB in a BP revolver. Although I never used that particular brand, I think you could use it on Maxi-Balls, REAL's, and other conical bullets.

I do remember that tube, might even have one if I dig, strikes me as the 70's but that is a guess.

Anyone use TC Bore Butter?

I used a lot of the blue and gray products from the 70's to 90's, good products all. I have used bore butter, still have some, it works good but was overated and hyped to heck and back.

its dyed lithium grease. Have a couple tubes myself in my collection.
