My mother-in-law went to the dentist yesterday and had a tooth pulled. It had become infected, and caused her jaw to swell. It was quite an ordeal, since she had not left her room in a year. Please continue to pray for her.

I'm a mite late here but, Lord, continue your healing with Betty and restore her to good health.
Betty has been getting weaker and less aware of her surroundings. She is incoherent much of the time. Yesterday the hospice nurse told us that Betty is in transition, and may not last another two weeks. This is not the worst possible outcome, but it is still hard to watch. We have lots of support for her and for us. Thank you, everybody, for keeping us in your prayers.

Elizabeth McKee passed from this life at 3:30 am today, surrounded by family. She was a fine Christian woman and mother. I will miss her greatly.
