Larry, I have a ratty set of instructions somewhere that I can iron out and photocopy if I can find them. Drop me a PM and we can make arrangements to ship or send electronically if that would fill your need. I have only one BH insert I believe and need to keep it long term, but it is available for loan to you. Unfortunately, I don’t own a Colt SA insert and I’ve never even seen one for the Contender, although I believe I’ve seen it on the list included in the instructions.

I did. The rest was made by Lee Custom which hasn't been in business for many years. Apparently there was a falling out of some sort back then? Current Lee Precision didn't seem to want to discuss the rest.Originally Posted by abunaitoo

This has been discussed somewhat in the Lee Loader Forum. Apparently Richard Lee was the moving force behind the first company (Lee Custom) but got tired of fighting with the other board members so went off and started Lee Precision. The pistol rest was introduced by LC which later became Mequon… you might find it labeled either way. Without Richard Lee’s genius, Lee Custom/Mequon folded fairly quickly taking the pistol rest and a couple of other good products down with them. I especially regret the loss of the little hand priming tool with screw in holders!
