    Fur Fish and Game

January issue of FFG has an article on cast bullets. This forum is favorable mentioned. You may want to pick up a copy of the magazine.

Great little magazine. Started reading about 1960 and subscribing in the 1970’s. If you like hunting , fishing and trapping but don’t want to be blinded by glitz you might check it out.

been reading it since the early 1960's myself. always something interesting and one of the only ones to have much info on trapping. one of the only magazines I do not throw out after reading.

I've gotten that magazine off & on for decades. Currently I've had a subscription for over 10 years. There are a few other trapping related magazines,, but FF&G is still a good one. I also get "Trapper & Predator Caller" as well.

Casting bullets & this site comes up in a few other places as well. I saw it mentioned in an article in "Backwoodsman" magazine too.

    ALL good reading!

Been subscribed for years. I'll have to look at Trapper and Predator Caller if it's considered along with FF&G

Trapper & Predator Caller is a bit different in that the paper used is more like newspaper,, and not as many color pictures. It also has the State by State Trapping Association newsletters in it. It doesn't have a monthly story either. BUT,, it does have good trapping & calling info in it.

I’ve enjoyed reading over the years. I never had a subscription. I always bought mine a news stand. Years ago a friend got an article published in it about trapping in Alaska.

It may be the only magazine that the writers are not getting paid from the corporations to put stuff like; I used knifeXX.com, or I wore skivviesXX.com while hunting. As long as it stays that way, I'll keep reading it.
