Sorry guys, I must shut this down early. Seems a few of you do not read everything in the instructions, while the overwhelming majority have no trouble at all READING, my patience is wearing very thin and before I say things out of line, I will simply shut this thread down, and sometime in the future I will have to give it another try. Boggles my mind, I've been selling here for many many years and never had any problems with people READING instructions, guess this is how the new tech savvy world works. Have a great day all.
