    Well.. the brown truck dropped off my sierra jacketed hollow cavity bullets yesterday. I'm finally going to start working some loads.. now that I have the gun in hand as well. Lyman 51'st has data specifically for this bullet.. and as luck would have it.. I have 2 powders from that data, on hand. Feeling good.

    I'm on a pc today.. so here are some pictures. ( can't post pics from my phone for some reason ).

    Glen Fryxell did a great article on loading the .444. I have developed 2 loads for mine using his data. A 240gr cast PC using 4198 and 270gr Speer Deep Curl using H322. Both have proved to be very accurate in my rifle, and the more mild cast load (~1600fps) is plenty for whitetail.

    Hopefully tonight I will get a little time to try out those sierra 240gr and see what they look like setting on some powder in new starline cases...

    I just made up a few cases of the Sierra 240jhc can't wait to test them. So many things are out of stock.. It's crazy.
