The pen is nice, but I’d prefer the M-92!

Sold a bunch of pens last weekend and a second hand car yesterday so I raced back to the gunshop and the '92 was still there.

Put a deposit on the nice little Winchester '92, which now completes the full set of original Winchester chamberings. 25/20 (1922), 32/20 (1908), 38/40 (1892) and 44/40(1896), all over 100 years old!

These will now form the mainstay of my cast boolit shooters.

This close to Christmas it's great that you experienced your own "miracle".
(having a very cool gun you passed on buying still there when you came back later to buy it)
Glad to hear you finally got it nailed down.
    Merry Christmas!

Glad you got it. When I go back later they are always gone.

You put a HEX on the store owner so he wouldn't sell it to someone else.....

A shootable '92 for $370? People would reach for their wallets so fast that shoulders would dislocate.

That is a collection to be proud of.

Having served the 'mandatory' 28 day waiting period, I should be able to pick up my 'new' 32/20 Winchester rifle from the dealer this coming week.

It is stupid gun law, even though I own over 150 firearms, the police still apply a 28 day waiting period for each additional rifle.

I’m glad you will be able to get it soon, stoopid laws notwithstanding.
