    Lee 457340F uses? 45-70??

I’m having another senior moment. Bought this used mold some time ago and cannot remember what I intended to use it for! I’m thinking for the 45-70 rifle trapdoor loads in the Handirifle. 340 gr slug and .457 diameter.

    Does that make sense?

I’ve been using a 360 gr NOE boolit I purchased a bunch from a guy here several years ago. Now it’s time to cast some myself. I’ve got another Lee the 405 HB to work on too.

    Thanks
    Joe

I have this mold. I shoot it in a roller and a wild cat rifle I have. Plus I size to .455 and shoot it out of an
Older Ruger New Model 45 Colt. Shoots well in every thing I've tried it in.

Both of those molds work well in my 45 70's.
