It is difficult to tell - those do not appear to be 1/2" thick plates, which would be about the width across your fingernail, unless they are rimmed, and their thickness is "underneath" - not seen. They don't seem to cast 'enough' shadow.
Just a guess - they are similar to (but are not) Pat Marlin Docking Plates. If they are docking plates they require "keeper tabs", shaped like a non-diagonal "Z", spaced such that the plates are slid in and out as equipment attached is moved on and off of the reloading bench.
If it was easy, anybody could do it.
The pic with the tape measure does look like an Inline Fabrication dock plate but mine is black. I agree with Land Owner's comments.
I was wrong. The bigger plate is 3/4 inch thick and 6" x 6.5"
The smaller one is 3/8 x 4" x 4"
I am not sure they go together but they had shrink wrap to hold all of them together.
