Best bullet weight by twist rate

Guys, is there a chart that shows the best bullet weight according to twist rate?

I did some googling and found so many variances so I figured I would just ask here.

    Thanks

Use the twist rate calculator on the Berger website.

If you want current state of the art actual tested for jacketed bullets the best source is Bryan Litz of Applied Ballistics. Much of what has been believed in the past is not as correct as once believed particularly for long range applications. Lead bullets are somewhat different in the fact overspinning greatly effects accuracy.
