    Lost my best friend and father today

    My father Joe passed away this morning. He was 99 and still living and driving on his own. Last Tuesday his hip broke when he stood up and he was hospitalized for that.

    We shared the same interests and views. We were best friends. He was an amazing man and a wonderful father.

    Due to the blizzard I was not able to get to Hazen until Saturday but we did get to spend Saturday and Sunday together. Anyone that knew him was aware he was not fond of cold weather so memorials and internment will be at the end of May.

    Sorry for your loss. I lost my Dad in 91 and still think of him every day. Still use all his reloading equipment along with mine.
