    Loads for .256 Win. Mag??

    Does anyone have any favorite loads for .256 Win Mag?? I cast the Lyman .25 caliber bullet, I think it is 65 grains. Use PB, WAP, 231. Have used 5 grains W231 , L like a little less. trying 3.4 grains WAP, 3.4 grains W231. Thanks dd

    I've found that 10 grains of 2400 shoots very well in my 256 contender with Lyman boolit # 257420.
    I'm not using gas checks.
    I'm contemplating going to heavier load & powder coating the boolits.
