    Sold my house

    Since my wife passed in January. I listed my house as I couldn't' bear to live there by myself, I listed it last week and sold it this week for asking price.

    I have moved to Canyon TX not that you can tell the difference as you never get out of town, use to be 18 miles now it is just a E wy trip in town. I am moving about 100 yds from my kids on 40 acres.

    Sorry for your loss. Hope your new home brings you comfort. We sold our home last week without it ever being listed. The lady wrote us a check for 80% of our asking price with the other 20% payable at closing. Now to find a place.
