    Acetone test on VHT coating.

Been trying the VHT (gloss Black) spray coating on 311291 & 311466. Used a Q- tip w/ acetone, rubbed the coat off 1/2 the nose on a test bullet, then stood up on the base and using a 2# hammer " wacked that thing" 3-4 times, coating did not come off the 1/2 w/ the VHT, then laid the bullet on its side wacked it 3-4 times (pretty darn flat), VHT still not cracked or chipped. The VHT did not come off the grease groves, inside or out.
So how important is the Acetone test?

Hey popper, yes sir, but i may have " not" baked it long enough. Went back and sprayed the "one", and put it w/ the others and baked again. I have a Ronco Rotisserie, does 400*, just didn't set the timer right. Now one passed the tests. Will be loading up some in a few days. Still not sure about the Acetone testing.
