Sorry, you said "ejector" and I saw "extractor", my mistake.
For extractors, try Brownells, wilson combat (AKA scattergun technologies),
and volquartsen.com makes 870 and 1100 extractors from EDM cut A2 tool steel $27.00.
For 870 ejectors, not sure, I know they are riveted on.

I am in need also. There were a few listed on e-bay but the price was way up there. Maybe you could take a look.

Are you needing the ejector or the ejector spring? The spring can break but I can't imagine the ejector failing. The spring fits inside the "U" shaped ejector and will most likely need a new rivet to install. Just trying to help.

Not the spring, but ejector, the part under that, also times / locks the barrel in place.

I’ve seen two ejectors broken, one on a gun less than 100 rds through it and the one I’m looking for that’s 20 or so years old and not shot a lot, it happens, their a pain to repair and a bigger problem to find that part since Remingtons been scattered to the wind…..

I've got a coffee can with some 870 and 1100 small parts. I'll check in it. How do I tell right hand from left and 12ga from the others? I've never had to replace one.

OK, I saw where they are marked for gauge... learned something new.
I've got five 12 ga, several 20LW and some 410s.
On the 12s, with their channel shape, at the rear of the top lip there is a rectangular area that was not machined to the width of the rest of said lip. I don't know how to describe it any better, sorry.
On 3 of them the raised portion is 4/10", on one it is 1/2" and the last is .625. I'm guessing it has to do with 2 3/4" vs 3".
They all have light surface rust from sitting in a coffee can in an un-heated shed but I don't think it is bad enough for pitting and would likely disappear with a wipe down.
This can is marked 870/1100... is there a difference in ejectors between them?
