I dont think you use this exact case feeder. I designed and printed it myself.
Midway just raised there price from 79.99 to 99.99 but Natchez still has them for 79.99
This does not come up on the bay at all. I've tried your description, and all other combo's I can think of. What would be even better is an inexpensive bullet feeder.
So, this is $200 just for the collator and 1 plate? Are the plates custom or can you use the Hornady ones?
I have no idea if hornady plates would work but probably not since this is all my own design. So far I have only made 9mm, 223 and 30-06 plates. These would probably work with other calipers also but i havnt tested it. The first few I sell, i will include extra plates of whatever caliper required.
Also i can change up the colors . The bowl, electric box, feeder funnel and the mounting bracket are all seperate so i can make each of these parts different colors.
I can see how this might be advantageous to other designs since it has a smaller footprint for smaller spaces. Best wishes.
Are you using a electric eye to control the on and off of the motor? That looks to work very well.
It is different. Looks very similar to this one https://github.com/dyspreficks/ShoeboxCaseFeeder that i use. Thingiveres has upgraded drop tubes and plates for rifle and pistol cals.

its an inductive proximity sensor that detects the presence of metal.
Did you print the case shuttle too??

So can I assume that your shuttle makes the press more streamline and reliable? The one hold up I have with purchasing this press is the fact that it can be finicky. If your shuttle(s) work(s) better and would be available for purchase I’d think that many that are on the fence about this press may take the plunge.

Yes I found that the original shuttle didnt work all that well with 223. I would get some cases especially when the tube was about empty that would double feed and sometimes a case would go flying across the room. I made this shuttle taller to better support the tall narrow shape of the 233 cases. I also printed the other part where the feed tube attaches at the bottom. I found the hole in this part needs to be a close fit to the 223 cases to prevent the double feeding. Also You can see how how I made it kind of surround the mouth of the case except for just a small slot for the case to come out.
here is a picture
Very nice! Any improved shuttles for pistol cases?
