    I'd try Brownell's first.
They've got a lot of re-pop stuff, as well as original styles.

They're web site can be frustrating though. I miss the big paper catalog.

i use a climbing Lyman 21 peep on my flat side old 1895 30 army... works great out to as far as my aging eyes can see it is one of the reproductions and it shoots real well... never could find a ladder that looked worth it or i got as good of a sight picture with... i do use a Skinner blade front sight with it... saw a real whinny ladder here.. http://oldgunsights.com/Inventory.html

I am assuming that you are looking for an original?
eBay is about where you will need to be. Unfortunately, that will be an expensive item. I see there are several available now.

I am assuming you meant a no. 21? Or if fortunate a no. 38?

yes its a 21 not much of a typist and did not take the time to look it up...

this one source for the 21 style peep sight: https://www.buffaloarms.com/21-type-...-ptclongb.html

none of the sight options to improve 1895 sights are inexpensive, i can say this setup has proved to work well for me...

If your Mdl 95 hasn't been drilled and tapped for the Lyman #21 sight you will need to do so. Not difficult but it has to be done correctly. Some genius removed the Lyman sight from my 95 in 405 and messed up the elevation screw threads in the receiver. I had to drill out and bush the original hole and re-drill and tap it. I bought one of the reproductions of the Lyman 21 and installed it. I'm not all that impressed with the quality of the reproduction sight.

I guess we all went separate ways. I think of a ladder sight as the type most frequently seen on Winchester carbines (including the 95).
Are you looking for that or a receiver type sight? (Like a model 21 Lyman)

Here , you can buy direct . Not an exact copy but it's a nice sight at a reasonable price . I have bought from them before, they are good folks. I buy them modified to allow the use of the merit sight disc that EABCO sells with the Williams thread.

If you mean the ladder type sight that was original to Winchester guns and not the Model 21 Lyman , try these folks or ebay .

Keep this link too for parts.

Also might come in handy at some point.

I have a Browning 1895 .30-06 [pre tang safety] in my safe that I want to restock to a musket at some point. Too many projects.

ID:	296483An original 1895 sight will be pricey but when the NRA built their muskets they used Krag rear sights. They also used the ‘03 Springfield sight too i think.

Might take a look at Buffalo Arms web site and see if they have something in stock that you’re looking for
