    MP molds

Any one ever bought and used an MP mold. Looks like they are out of the country? Their molds look nice.

Excellent molds but be aware the brass ones can get heavy for long casting sessions.

Years ago I bought one through a group buy. Excellent 2 cavity brass with two sets of pins, one hollow point the other flat point.

Good molds , I do like the brass ones , heavy yes but not as heavy as a lot of things I have worked with in life .

Quality and a great product , they do tend to multiply and am always looking at site hoping more are in stock .

I have a couple. The latest one I have the gas check shank is cut over .015" too large. I can't get any help from the honcho or from Mihec. Not the service I expected. There are several of us with the same issue. It has put a stop to my buying any of his molds. This has been going on for close to a year. Can't even get the courtesy of an answer to a PM.

What mould is it? The first one I got was a 412-640, 45 2.1 purposely designed the GC shank larger to take the 0.416" size rather then the Hornady 0.410" maybe they did the same thing to your moulds.

My aluminum moulds are 8 cavity ball moulds a 1 ott and a 0.457. I think he only offers aluminum on the high capacity moulds.

I'll argue about the best molds offered today. Meaning still made today. Just don't bank on communications with the company. They sorely falter in that regard. But the shipping is faster than you will believe and the quality is well above average.

I’ve got probably a dozen of them. They are great molds and shipping is amazingly fast far quicker than any domestic manufacturer.

Yes they are made outside the USA. They are an excellent mold. Shipping is faster than shipping in US. I have several and will upgrade to MP whenever possible.

This one is the 44-250 noted as being for the 44 magnum/444 Marlin. The gas check shank wasn't cut too big on purpose. I had high hopes of using the bullet in my Super Black Hawk and 444 Marlin. When I first contacted the Honcho and told him of the problem he told me to ship the mold back and he would return my money as soon as he had a tracking number. I sent PM asking for the address to return it nd the world went quiet. I have sent PM's to Miha here and as I mentioned haven't even had the courtesy of a response. That's bad business to me. You would think considering the amount of business he does here he would want to take care of his customer base but apparently that is not the case.
Take care all, and proceed with caution.

I have a few and love them, in stock molds and still be at your door in just over a week. I have about given up on RCBS, Lyman and lee molds
for NOE, M&P, and accurate molds,

They are one of the finest molds you can buy, and the Hollow Point Molds Miha Previc makes are the finest that you can buy. I heartily endorse them.

I have MP hollow point molds in every pistol caliber I cast for, ranging from a 32-75 ACP, to a 45-225 45 2.1 and including 327, 380, 9mm, 38/357, 44 and 45 molds. I have a 6 cavity aluminum 358-429 clone and an 8 cavity 9mm-147, these are my most used molds.
