    310 tool part

Does anyone know if lyman sells parts for the 310 tool?

I need a EXTRACTOR HOOK for a small handle set.

    Thanks

I think they still sell repair parts. If not, I've got a broken set of handles... would a used extractor hook work for you?

Scott, I'm running a schuetzen match this weekend between dodging a passing storm and cleaning up the damage after the one last week (who would have thought we would have tornados/microbursts in the foothills of the Virginia Appalachians?) I should be able to do a basement search Monday or Tuesday and will get in touch with you then. BTW, what calibers are you looking for?

Oh, my! If Froggie is going to do a 'basement search' you can expect him to be gone for a week or two!

I called Lyman Friday morning, they are out of stock on the extractor hooks. She couldn't tell me when they would have stock in.

I need a 310 priming die for the 45-70 if anyone has one to spare. I will gladly pay for it. When I contact the people on the net who deal in 310 stuff, they don't sell the one die. They want me to buy the whole set which would be rather stupid.

By chance might you have a 310 bullet seating die and case flaring die for the 45-70?

Looks like I'll finally get down to the loading pile today. Are you looking for a 38/357 MR die or one to size bullets to .357?

I'm looking for the inside neck expanding die. The "M" die in today's nomenclature.

    Thanks

SUCCESS! Scott, I finally got down to the parts you are looking for. I've got a broken set of handles that were originally for a 38 SPL die set and the hook shows blue wear but is otherwise perfect. I also pulled a sizer die labeled 358 out of a mixed set I was assembling (one of several such!) Look for a PM with details about price and shipping.
