I recently got an 1842 Harpers Ferry Musket and would like to make some paper cartridges. I only want a dozen or so since I don't plan on shooting it more than that. I just want the experience. What I've read, .662 would be the best common size.

I have some RBs I cast (Lyman 662) about 40 years ago for a replica Tower pistol. My first attempt at projectile casting so they aren’t pretty. If you want a dozen pm your ship to address.
They aren’t perfectly round, run .662 to .6635
