    Question about PIF Pay it Forward Post.

    Was reading rules for pay it forward and it mentioned a " Helping Hands " section for giving things away. I cant find that. I have a few different projectiles that I only have 5-10 of and I think I can mail them in an envelope cheap. Please advise.
