    1997

    .

I found this pic, mixed in with 100,000,000 family pics - that I took of my gun room, which has a safe door access.

These are only a few of the guns I had, and took the pic because I liked the set-up.

Sadly, I've been whittling away at my gun amassing, preparing to fund an early retirement.

Left (top to bottom) Right (top to bottom)

.358 Browning BLR .45-70 Wesson & Richardson Buffalo Classic w/12ga extra bbl
.44 Rem Mag Marlin 1894 .45 Thompson Cherokee rifle
    .30-06 1903 US Springfield (custom) .45-70 Ruger 1-S
    .30-06 Winchester M-70 Featherweight .30-06 Ruger 1 - A
    .270 Ruger M77RSI (tang safety)

    Shelf (ctr) Right shelf

    .45-70 T/C Contender Super 14 Hunter (package) .22LR Chipmunk

All these went down the road because I morphed into guns with less recoil (I gifted the Chipmunk to my oldest grandson for his 10th B-day)

    I've been thinning mine too.
My kids aren't shooters, so I'm getting the weapons back into circulation.
It's hard, but I don't like the other alternatives.

OK People. Enough of this idle chit-chat.

One - The T/C Cherokee (along with another dozen that I obtained after the pic date)

. Good choice. Mine isn't going anywhere either.
