    It's a great day!

    I was over at the Ennis HEB the other day, yeah I drive 40 minutes one way to go to HEB , and walked past the meat section. They had some single racks of baby back ribs that looked GREAT!

    Well I picked up a rack. Right now they are sitting above a slow pecan smoke. I coated them with yellow mustard and then sprinkled on some rub.


    It's going to be an AWESOME dinner!

    HEB is the stuff!! Wish we had em in Louisiana. Whata burger, also. They would kill the McDonald’s in my hometown

    Whataburger is a really fine burger and pretty hard to beat for a fast food burger. The Dr. Pepper shake is something I try and avoid, but I'm not having much success.
