Any interest in a 380 acp HP mold?

Anybody else be interested in a 380acp hollow point mold? Say something in the 80-90gr range. I looked back through the group buy archives and didn’t see anything that similar. I think it would be nice to have Miha make a nice hollow point mold that cast a .357 bullet.

Should be able to use this for 380 acp , 9mm, and 38/357. Would make a very versatile bullet to shoot varmints or plink with. Would definitely save some lead also.

It exists already, with my 20:1 alloy and HP I get 95grs. Perfect in my .380 and devastating in 357.
Click on “notify me when in stock” so Miha will know he need to make new ones. More clicks faster they appear in his shop.

Gamsek beat me to it. That was my first MP Mold and it’s still my favorite. Great little bullet in 380 and has done well for my 9mm shooters I cast for as well.

I would recommend reaching out to LakeHouse2012 (or one of the other Honchos) and see if he and Miha would be willing to do a group buy on the mold. From what I understand he uses the group buys to also resupply his inventory (I may be wrong in this though).

Please be aware, according to last I heard, Miha is very very busy given the current demand so it may be a bit before he is able to squeeze this one in but I suspect the more people who sign up the quicker he’ll get to it.

Edit: I did shoot this thread to Chris (Lakehouse2012) in a PM to see if he’d be interested.

Hi guys,

I can run this as a group buy, but need everyone to know that Miha is really backed up and his raw material supply is slower than normal. Because its a Rerun it only needs 10 molds to go into the Active section and will run in order of Miha's supply. Post if you are interested and if there are 10 of you I'll get it moved to the Active secion.

It lists as a 358 not 357 as first post was looking for , I must have bought one of the last he had in stock , was using up the discount code from leaving a review , then they send another review request so more discount codes .

I got caught up in casting for someone else and have not got time to make any with any of the last 2 batches of Mihecs molds , oh well next month on time off .
