And if Lyman 413 isn't an exact and perfect fit ... custom fit the nose with a small ball of epoxy putty in the nose followed by the greased boolit nose , press together and let cure .

I don't remember witch top pinch I used but I had one for round nose bullet and I drilled the in side so it would not touch the tip it worked very well if I did get a top punch mark on a cast bullet I pushed the bullet end of the loaded round in to some steel wool and gave it a few turns and it cleaned up real nice .
In a back appendex in Lyman #4 Casting manual is a crossover chart showing which Lyman nose punch to use with RCBS and Lee bullets.
