    Hornady .30 cal neck sizing die for 30-40 AI?

    I want to neck size my brass, but the drawings of this die look like it has a shoulder inside. Anyone try this die?

    I use it on 7.5x55 Swiss and the 7.62x64R it works great, you need an Mdie though, sizes to .306 neck inside. I've got a 35 cal one too.

    midway was just about giving them away several years ago, got several sizes but hardly ever use them. all you have to do is set depth in press so it only sizes neck and does not touch shoulder.

    The ones I'm using are called universal neck sizer dies and they would work fine on your AI Krag. H#046045 fror you

    Troy you should be happy with it, they are made to size for standard 30 cal shooting .308 bullets.
