Give UPS a call, it's just a little paperwork and no fees (I was told, haven't done this yet)
There are no extra fees to ship primed brass and no special handling required, you just have to put the black/white "limited quantity" symbol on the box. It must ship via ground (UPS/FedEx), no USPS.

You can deprime the live ones and use the primers yourself, then ship usps.
