    turkey fryer

I see a lot of people use turkey fryers to heat there lead pots. I also see that everyone is concerned about there pots being stable and sturdy. I am just getting started with this so I will ask a probably silly question. Why is everyone worried about the pot being stable and heavy, but not the turkey fryer stand. Looks to me like they would be better if beefed up some.
