The size of the cylinder in relation to the trigger guard makes it look like 32 to me. I see that grip safety too and it looks like a top break. It looks similar to the Euskara or JLG, but the back strap between the top break and the grip looks wrong. It might be the non original grips that is throwing me off. Look for JLG on it.

S&W coin in the handle tells me it is a Lemon squeezer. Here a photo of mine for comparison. Yours has a slightly different trigger but otherwise looks pretty much the same. Could be a knockoff I suppose with SW grips but I would guess just a different vintage version.
Also known as the Smith and Wesson Safety Hammerless. Mines chambered in 38 S&W (not to be confused with 38 special or 38 colt)
Caution: these guns are known for listening up over time and becoming unsafe to fire. If lockup isn’t very tight I don’t recommend firing until inspected by qualified gunsmith.

The grips were added afterwards as they are a terrible fit. I can see it being a knockoff but definitely not a S&W. It almost looks 32 cal. The cylinders are a touch short.
