He trades one to one. I just sent 25 pounds of zinc WW's and he sent me 25 pounds of lead. Good guy to deal with. Would do it it again. I'll be saving my zinc for him.

Wow, I just we're neighbors, I'll give all I got here!
Just found a reason to save my zinc. Now we need pictures of the zinc in action!
When I first started finding zinc weights I saved them. Now that I've found a use, they are all turning to Fe.
I did trade 18 lbs for lead at the scrap yard, last year.
Sorry to hijack - just using the opportunity to ask zinc specialists all in one place.
I just melted some golf club heads that looked perfectly zinc to me. The alloy is lighter than pure zinc and melts at a bit lower temp. Anyone knows what alloy they use for golf club heads?
Might be bismuth

Bismuth melting temp is whole 200 degrees lower than of my alloy which melts at 720 or about 50 degrees below pure zinc.
Edit: Found it! It is zinc/aluminium/copper alloy. 3.9-4.3% Al, 0.89-1.25% Cu. Melting temperature matches. So now if you come across the zinc golf clubs - you know what they are made of
