    Canned some beans

Our dwarf horticultural beans didn't do much last year. I found organic cranberry beans (same thing) on Amazon. 1/2 cup dry beans, 1 tablespoon dehydrated onion, 1 teaspoon liquid smoke, hot water to fill jars. 10 psi for 75 minutes (pints).

Makes some very good beans. One of the jars is 75 to 80 years old and still going strong.

I need to do that with the dried beans we purchased a while back.

Yep. Pints. The liquid smoke and onions really make them tasty.

75-80 years old? I think I would rotate my stock a little quicker than that.

Ok, I figured if the top wasn’t bulging they would be still good.
